Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original WITH BLING box and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth identification process.
Ship It Back
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
